Where things became frustrating is when we went to purchase the car. There were hidden fees including the "city package" or the Elo system that we explicitly stated we didn't want. This is something that could have been taken out of the car, however we were left with the impression that the dealership just wanted the profit that leaving this system in the car would bring. As soon to be parents wanting a reliable car, we just couldn't afford anything extra. Negotiating to have it taken out was a headache that we weren't expecting and didn't need. Otherwise, I am happy with our car and can't wait to drive our baby to and from his appointments. I also would recommend the dealership, however just be aware that there are hidden costs that are very difficult to remove. More
