Jeff from Mazda Sales is rude. Eric and Sam were awesome. Jeff(Mazda Sales) was very rude and asked me to leave when I refused to give him a number that I was looking to spend. I can believe that he might be having a bad day but showing the door to a walk-in customer is the lowest level that a sales rep can get to. Just FYI I'm new to this country and not familiar with the processes and trends. Just so you know, I ended up buying the car from across the street from Nissan. So basically, Mazada lost my business because of their arrogance. Over at Nissan, Eric and Sam were 180 degree opposites and made my experience positive. More

Let me know what still has to be done and guesstimate cost. we did the normal oil change and diagnostics. They discovered some items that need to be addressed soon and John reviewed them with me.
