That car wasn't exactly the color I wanted, so they brought me out a Black because they wanted me to love the car. Bryan made me feel very comfortable he went over everything that needed to be done step by step and he went over the prices step by step there was no blown up ridiculous surprises. I think Bryan is one of your most phenomenal, Nissan representative for now on, I would not feel uncomfortable taking my car in for service as long as Bryan is a service representative there. Was pleased to discover that the usual exceptional service that we have previously had from the Autobarn VW was delivered with the same level of professionalism and hassle free environment. What was especially nice was the level of service that Marco Vazquez provided. He explored all our vehicle options without the hard sell, so we were happy with our choice and vehicle options available. Our initial intent was not to buy a car that day, as we were looking at our options. The fact we did eventually purchase, was all down to the exceptional engagement and service that Marco and the rest of the team provided. It just felt right. More
