Rip off company I’ve called 30 times in regards to reimbursement of shipping Cost. I was quoted and charged $800 for shipping cost if my vehicle. Once I was ready to I’ve called 30 times in regards to reimbursement of shipping Cost. I was quoted and charged $800 for shipping cost if my vehicle. Once I was ready to accept delivery, the salesman told me the shipping cost increased to $1200. We both agreed I would contract another shipper on my own which I did. I’ve called over 30 times and left several messages for several managers, the salesman and the GM and have been ignored. This Company forced me to sign mediation document before they released my car to the shipper and is not taking responsibility for this issue. Furthermore, I had several issues with title and paperwork for my vehicle as well. They still have not sent the correct documents to the local DMV. More

oil change on Rogue 2018 I was very pleased with the service received on 10/7/2019. I dropped off my car first thing in the morning without any issues for an oil change. I was able to obtain another vehicle from them for the day so I could go to work. Bryan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I must admit not every single employee at this Nissan can provide exceptional customer service but Bryan can. Going forward I will make sure to ask for him whenever I need something done for my vehicle.
