Excellent service, in the Service department Like an old fashioned revolving door. Easy in easy out. Had previously set an appointment to get a part for my drivers seat replaced on my 2019 Nissan Like an old fashioned revolving door. Easy in easy out. Had previously set an appointment to get a part for my drivers seat replaced on my 2019 Nissan Altima which is under warranty, and an oil change. 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment I get a text message that the technician that was to work on my car had a family emergency, and I would have to reschedule. That sucks as I was 5 minutes from the dealership. I text my advisor, John Partipilo, and say if he gives me a coupan for an oil change and tire rotation, we would be square. John Partipilo texted back that those services would be taken care of, no cost to me. I am in shock, he just saved me some money. Follow up next week, wait time is longer than I expect. It was not just a part for my seat, it was a whole new seat replacement. Wow! Expectations were again exceeded on this appointment.😁 Yes, treated fair and square John Partipilo is a valuable asset to the service team. More
