An effort was made to rid the car of the odor but it is still there. This has never happened before. Some work is still to be done because techs found so many things wrong that the bill was going to exceed $600. A part has to be ordered and paid for in advance. That's pretty inconvenient. More
Overpriced and unnecessary charges I was given a quote of $3500.00 to get my car fixed. Since I didn’t have that much, I chose to just get a sensor replaced that would get the engine r I was given a quote of $3500.00 to get my car fixed. Since I didn’t have that much, I chose to just get a sensor replaced that would get the engine running and figured I would get the rest of the repairs done a little at a time as I was able to afford it. I then contacted another mechanic and was told that the work could’ve been done at his shop for $1800.00 less. He is not a Nissan dealer but a licensed mechanic. He also said that one of the charges for a fuel injector service for $169.00 was a scam. I was told I could do the same thing by buying some cleaner at a auto parts store. I told the dealer that a seatbelt warning light was flashing also and was told I would be charged an additional fee to diagnose that after being charged a fee for the check engine light that was on. Really, you’re going to charge two separate fees to diagnose warning lights? This dealer also used to give you a free loaner car. Not anymore, now it’s $40.00 a day. I’ll never use this dealer for service again and when the time comes to buy a new car I’ll go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have money to burn. More

So i also paid for labor. During a winterizing i was told by a garage the window wash container was cracked n leaking. I called Autobarn to ask how that was missed before i purchased the car. Was told not all car are inspected in this location. I left 4 voicemails to General manager with never a call or email returned. I just wanted to discuss if Autobarn could help with part. Im a senior living on social security. Not looking for a freebie. Very displeased. More
