When I brought the car in, i stated that I would wait in their lounge while they serviced it. After a few hours, I was told that the estimated time was going to be longer than expected. They gave me a loaner since they felt bad for me waiting in the lounge too long. I thought that was very considerate since I had some errands to run. I go here for regular maintenance and always pleased by their customer service. More
