Not very truthful about the warranties at all. Did not realize this until I went in for an oil change and found that anything other than the oil change is not covered. Unprofessional scammers This dealership was unprofessional from the moment I started looking for a used car the fall of 2019. The sales person I dealt with did not follow up This dealership was unprofessional from the moment I started looking for a used car the fall of 2019. The sales person I dealt with did not follow up with me after my visit. He didn't answer my text and didn't appear to want to sell me a car. Then I made an appointment a couple of days in advance with a second sales person to discuss a car I had just test drove with him a few days prior. He waited until approximately 1 hour before my appointment time to tell me the car had been sold. I decided to stop my search for a car for a while. Fast forward to January 2020. I test drove a car I wanted to buy. I put a significant amount of money down to hold the car. When I returned the next day, this third salesman (who wore a skull cap in his office the entire time during my first visit with him) said Nissan Autobarn would NOT sell me a car unless I bought a car locator for $798. Even so, I bought the car, as it was a wee bit cheaper than going elsewhere. However, when I got home, I realized the total amount financed was way too much. While the finance guy was having me sign paper after paper when I bought the car, I did not realize they never gave me a breakdown of the total amount financed. I had to go back the next day and after 1.5 hours it was determined that a "gap insurance" for $800 had been sold to me without my knowledge. Thankfully, the finance guy took the $800 off the contract, but what a waste of my time! If I had totalled my car I wouldn't even have known I HAD the gap insurance! Next time I buy a car I will ask about EVERY fee before even setting foot in a car. Live and learn. If I could give this dealership a "0" rating I would. More

We were very pleased with the service that we received while looking at the 2019 Nissan Maxima Platinum Reserve that we saw on the website. Mix that with the professionalism, and easy going demeanor of the General Manager Sam Mustafa you get an extremely satisfied customer who will be returning.
