I had overall a great experience buying my car here! It was my first time buying my own car so I didn't know much about the process. I brought my mom with me to help. There were a few things about the car that weren't accurate with the post on their website about us and Marco was able to pull a few strings to help us out. I had emailed ahead of time to get an idea of how much I would be paying in fees and they had listed all but one fee which was about $1300 for a 3 year protection warranty, which I am glad to add, I just wish the person I was emailing had told me that. I later had texted the Manager, Sam because I had a few questions and he was able to answer them immediately. Overall, I had a good experience and Marco made this process as painless as possible. Thank you Marco! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the website info was a little inaccurate and also the person I emailed did not tell me about the one other fee. More
