My new favorite service area I recently had an appointment for my vehicle and didn't know that the service center had moved. I received multiple text messages alerting me of this I recently had an appointment for my vehicle and didn't know that the service center had moved. I received multiple text messages alerting me of this change along with the new address and how to get there. I was so grateful. I also liked the option of being able to text a technician back with questions and receive a response. The new service center is very nice. Even though there weren't "Stay 6-feet a part" signs plastered everywhere because the appointments were scheduled appropriately, the customers were able to sit apart with plenty of space. The new space still includes snacks, beverages, tv, and computers while you wait. I don't have little ones, but there's even an area for children to sit in an enclosed glass wall room. I live in South Shore, Chicago, and I travel all the way to Evanston because I like the technicians and comfort while I wait. More

I was told the recall was because drivers are mistaking the trunk release from the hood release and that's what has caused the accidents. My care was inspected and nothing found to be wrong, so why is the entire make and model under recall? I'm not completely sure if I feel comfortable in the car, but I also feel like I don't have a choice but to be comfortable with the situation. More

Service was fine - but wait time was awful Service was good in terms of what needed done, but took forever (4.5 hours for 2 tires and 2 brake pads after being told about 2.5 hrs) despite having Service was good in terms of what needed done, but took forever (4.5 hours for 2 tires and 2 brake pads after being told about 2.5 hrs) despite having the first appointment of the day. I believe about 45 minutes of that was just waiting for the car wash, which I would have gladly done without - seems a lot could be gained by communicating this up front rather than having me waste half my day waiting for this. Very deceptive, poor communication from the start and it just got worse through the entire process. Drove a car and wanted to buy it, gave them my debit card and they immediately withdrew $1000 on that Saturday. Went to pick up the car on Monday and waited and waited until we asked what was going on and we were told the car had hail damage, no the vin number didn't match?? Then we were told the car we drove and purchased was a demo? I thought I bought it on Saturday? Tuesday told they'd have us an identical car and deliver it to our house. 5:00pm, just leaving... 6:30 no show (20 minutes away from the dealership)... or we are doing the paperwork, no straight answers. Finally when they do deliver a car to us, the paperwork wasn't correct the back cover for the car wasn't there... just one thing after the other. Such a terrible experience we would never go back, never recommend the dealership and we are shocked they operate this way and stay in business. So frustrating. More
