First time I got a really good service in 7 years I've been going to the Evanston Nissan Service Center since I got my 2013 Juke until present when I got my 2017 Rogue. Honestly, this is the first ti I've been going to the Evanston Nissan Service Center since I got my 2013 Juke until present when I got my 2017 Rogue. Honestly, this is the first time I really had good service on my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They even changed the windshield sticker for my next oil change. Usually, they forgot those and some other minor things. I think its because it was not too busy during the Covid-19. I just hope the service center can keep the same service same way when everything is back to normal. No over booking and let you wait for 2.5 hours just to get a prepaid oil change. Anyways, thanks again for an excellent service. More

I want to be honest with you, I had a horrible experience there. I found the car via autotrader.com 27960. I confirmed with my sales guy that the price would be that when i came in. I also explained i wanted AWD mats which he said were included. He also said it already had crossbars. I came in, test drove the strange color green. I told him id test drive that car but wanted blue. He said he had it in his warehouse. I explained i was looking for a used Juke if he could find one he could sell two cars. I hate games. I get there, not only no blue, he forgot the Juke request. But the price went up significantly and couldn't honor the autotrader price claiming i didnt qualify. Originally they tried to charge me for mats and crossbars but thats when i decided to walk in addition to the 3,000 added to the price. The next day i found a brand new 2019 Rouge Sport SL zero miles in the blue color I wanted at Crystal Lake. They promised me a price of 24,577. I bought this car. Honesty was most important to me. When you cant honor prices, switch out statements or try to throw in additional fees playing games. You lose clients. I use to really like this dealership but have a negative view now. Its sad because you guys are so close to me too. Im still maf and you may have lost a customer forever. More

Professional and friendly After having a bit of a rough go with Nissan Service centers in Chicago proper, coming to the Evanston Autobarn was a much easier experience. They didn't try to push repairs on me that I didn't want or couldn't afford. They didn't try to sell me extra services or talk to me about a new car. The staff was welcoming, to the point, and responsible across the board. So long as I don't get any unsolicited calls/texts like the city location, this place is now my mainstay for car repairs. More
