Great Customer Service Shaina was amazing, from my initial calls to my visit, great service. I would recommend getting a few patio chairs for outside the waiting area. I was very disappointed in my original salesman, Marco. I’d call him and he’d never call me back. He’d always have someone call me and sometimes that didn’t even happen. 2015 KIA Sorento I love the Suv, but I don't feel that it was a fair deal. Hind sight is 20/20 they say and after doing a little research, Kelley blue book and Edmund' I love the Suv, but I don't feel that it was a fair deal. Hind sight is 20/20 they say and after doing a little research, Kelley blue book and Edmund's has this vehicle in excellent condition at $ 15,000 or less. I asked for a break in the price and Marco told me that his manager said because of the "pandemic" the price was non negotiable, that's xxxxxxxx, and I should of walked out at that point. I don't buy cars very often and I feel as a senior citizen that I have been taken advantage of. I would never recommend your dealership for anything, I accepted the deal and it stands, but I am not a happy customer. More

Apparently the service department moved and I wasn't notified of this detail until 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, mind you after I had already arrived at the old location to see the new add notified of this detail until 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, mind you after I had already arrived at the old location to see the new address listed. I rerouted to that address thanks to navigation only to find the gate closed and then had to figure out how to navigate and get to the entrance. Overall, I am glad I am moving and don't have to rely on this location anymore. I also was quoted a list of items the techs classified as critical and after second opinion, was informed none of those items were critical as told and could be monitored as they were normal wear and tear items. This saved me over $2K that day based on asking a trusted mechanic later that evening. More
