Ryan straz he is financial manager. He overcharged in financial amounts. He tried to make money. We did all calculations at the end Ray sales manager given back 1100$ overcharged money. Ryan straz given false and verbally information to sign the contract and after sign the document he didn’t agree with contract and commitment he made before contract. they did fraud with me in financial amounts. If i didn’t count all calculations than I have to pay Extra. I requested to all new costumer if you go this dealership take pictures of all documents before give then access to run your credits and sign all contract.. Because they tried to give false information to sign contract and after sign all his word will chnged and they denied his statements and they told that they didn’t say anything like that. Ryan starz is all time confused about what he doing for sign the contract. In paper they give different amount with different person in this dealership. I would like to say all new costumer do not go Autobarn dealership. we not recommend this dealership. loan amount should be $16155 with $1400 b2b insurance when Ryan( financial manager ) charged $2500 for Bumper 2 bumper and made my finalcial loan $17255. when i asked him how much money i need to pay for paid off my car and he said $17255. when we asked about extra $1100 and he said that amount i have to show loan company but he didn’t say why. he wasn’t give us right bank name which they did finance our loan. so please please please request to new customer don’t give them access to run your credits and please don’t sign any contract until they give you paper copy of your vehical price, taxes. they add city package $1400 besides your vehicle price which you see on website and once you go to fiancé manager for finance loan they automatic add accessories price without your knowledge, and they keep make you confused and fools. Ryan ( financial manager ) will give you verbally deals when i asked him give us in writting and he said that he will email us, and indirectly force us to sign the contract saying that he has another customer. i would say that whatever they provide deals please take from them in writting and with sign of main person in their employee. next day we request them to return vehicle and our money back and al deal canceling, but Ryan(fiancé manager) Ray Baylock said that they can’t return our money back and said that State law. i would thanks to Ray Baylock for help us some money back which Ryan ( financial manager) overcharged from us $1100. now i will try to figure out with State law for return policy, if they lie then sware god i will make sure that this dealership will close soon. i don’t want other new customers cheated by this Autobarn dealership. when i tell them that i will take legal action against all these problem by this dealership after they start give bu***t deals like if you don’t make complaint then they said we provide free 4 oil change service and all that and still that was verbally, but we make sure this time and took in writting from them for oil change services. insort, we personally not satisfied from this dealership and not recommend this dealership. i can get idea many people cheated by this dealership. like i said we not complete here yet, we will contect to city and state law regarding return policy. More

The exact model we wanted was not on the premises and Autobarn was able to find the exact model elsewhere in Chic moment we walked into the showroom. I have been informed that my car will be filled with fuel for free! But no fuel been added! I wonder if this is true or no.
