Always a pleasant experience here….my only complaint this time was 3 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire repair?? The Office Personnel were TOP NOTCH!...but my experience otherwise, I Rate very Poor, as procedures taken to Service my car took too very long (just to get a Diagnostic Test took about 2 hours!!)...NO work otherwise, I Rate very Poor, as procedures taken to Service my car took too very long (just to get a Diagnostic Test took about 2 hours!!)...NO work was even done, and the Mechanics did not keep the Office informed of what was being done, therefore, I was left TOTALLY in the dark, as I waited, and waited...I had to pay $160 for information that I ALREADY posess!!!! Without my permission, The service dept put their name on the back of my car. So Now I have to spend time removing it. That is obnoxious! Shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change.
