Tried for 3 full days to purchase a car from this dealer. Im located in St louis Mo. I got few returned calls, was passed to an inexperienced sales person named Manny. He kept asking for a $1k deposit, which I agreed to all I ask as for a sales contract with an agreed upon price in it. Thats what I could never get from them. All I got was excuses and silence. When i finally got a hold of the sale manager Mo ( who did seem nice and was out sick he tells me sorry the car just sold) this car had sat on their lot for 90+ days already. I have never seem a more unprofessional poorly run dealership in my life. I would not recommending wasting your time with this dealer. They are very shady and not trust worthy in my opinion . More
For some reason the servicing took more than an hour over the estimated time. Thankfully I had nothing else scheduled and I brought a magazine choke full of articles I wanted to read. We've been coming to the Autobarn since I moved to Chicago, and they always do a great job, not just with the service itself, but with walking us through the steps and options. An absolute disaster. Avoid them. They claim they care they do not. They have no respect for your time. Like all dealers, run away as much as possible. 6 weeks to change a windshield.
