When I decided between a Mazda I just bought a new 2015 Mazda CX5 last week. I had a GREAT experience with this dealer. Danny Bender is really frank. When I decided between a Mazda 3 and a Mazda CX5, he did not try to upsell the CX5 (which obviously can bring them more profits). He frankly told me that you only need to pay a smaller amount of money to get a package of Mazda 3 than CX5, and Mazda 3 is better if one does not need that large space. He is patient and friendly and helped me test drive both Mazda 3 and a CX5. I also test drive the CX 5 with Kissy, who is extremely patient, extremely warm, extremely easy to work with, no pressure at all. I strongly recommend purchasing a car with her. She explained all the nice things about CX5 (mainly compared with Subaru Forester). After testing with her, I made up my mind to purchase a CX5. Both Danny and Kissy are very nice sales representatives to work with. They made my purchasing extremely smooth. More
My experience at the Evanston Mazada Autobarn Dealer I first discovered the Evanston Autobarn through a local newspaper ad. I called ahead to make an appointment to look at some cars. Ryan went out of his way to make sure that I saw all the cars I wanted to see even coming in early to accommodate my schedule. When I did not see any cars that caught my attention Ryan offered to drive me to the dealers full lot where I could decide from their whole selection. Once I had decided on my car (2015 Mazada6) my biggest worries was the price. When I first saw the window sticker I was worried this car was way out of my price range. However Ryan reassured me that we could negotiate a better price. He did not disappoint. I ended up walking out of the dealer with a great car for a great price. Aside from making sure I got a price that we both could agree on during the entire car selection process Ryan was very helpful and insightful when I was sorting through all the different types of cars. Unlike other salesman who only care about moving product Ryan went out of his was to ensure that I not only bought a car but that it was a car I would be happy with for a long time. More

I received an offer to extend my lease and receive a brand new, 2014, Mazda 3, which I decided was too good a deal to pass up. I had the very good fortune to work with Kissy Freeman. Kissy called and we discussed what I wanted on the new car. She then came to my home with the car I wanted and brought the paperwork for me to fill out. She went way above and beyond anything I expected, changing my license plates, putting in my transponder and my city sticker, and even setting my radio to my favorite station! She then drove my older car to the dealership and came back at 9:30 pm with my driver's license and insurance card, and put the new car in my garage. Two days later, when I went to the dealership, Kissy spent some time explaining all the bells and whistles on the new car. If you are in the market for a Mazda, I heartily recommend you go to the Autobarn of Evanston and see Kissy for superior and friendly service. She is the best! Elaine Disch, Evanston More

I dealt with Anthony and his professional, courteous and laid back style is the reason I bought my CX5 from The Auto Barn. I was able to take my time on the test drive and experience driving the car in a fe laid back style is the reason I bought my CX5 from The Auto Barn. I was able to take my time on the test drive and experience driving the car in a few different traffic scenarios so that was very beneficial in deciding that the CX5 is the right vehicle for me. Anthony knows his product very well and was able to answer my many questions about the car, the available optional equipment and he even helped me with some of the math part of the deal. Because my deal closed late on a weekday evening, I needed to bring the vehicle back for a remote starter and Ken Kazuk was the man with the plan to keep me going from the shop to home and to work the next day. Thank you Ken for working above and beyond the call of duty for me! Gigi Guiliano is the best service gal, EVER!!!! I had ordered accessories that need to be put on the car only when the weather is above 60 and Gigi was kind enough to advise me of this BEFORE any work was done. I truly feel a dealer with a less conscientious employee may have done the work anyway and just let me deal with the consequences. Thank you also to everyone at The Auto Barn who worked behind the scenes to get me and my extremely cool car together! More
