Good Price, No "Bait and Switch" I was looking for a specific Mazda6 color and trim. Even though they didn't have it in stock, they were able to find it form a nearby dealer partner a I was looking for a specific Mazda6 color and trim. Even though they didn't have it in stock, they were able to find it form a nearby dealer partner and transfer it closer for me. They (Jonathan, in particular) were also much more honest than competitors during the negotiation of price - unlike other nearby Mazda dealers I shopped at who included incentives that were not applicable in my "Bottom line." I am extra appreciative of Bojan Kokanovic who gave me a very detailed explanation of the Autobarn's offerings for protection etc. He's a very convincing salesperson, but was still courteous to me when I declined the services that I felt I didn't need. I really went into that office expecting the worse because of the reputations and stories I have heard about other dealerships, but dealing with Bojan was nothing like that. Thanks again, Bojan. A Pleasant Surprise We just bought a new Mazda 3 and it was totally pleasant and a total surprise. We had prepared ourselves for battle as this was our first new car pur We just bought a new Mazda 3 and it was totally pleasant and a total surprise. We had prepared ourselves for battle as this was our first new car purchase in over 10 years. We had a trade in with us as we walked in and were greeted by Kamal Suleiman. We were pretty locked in to the car we wanted walking in and Kamal didn't try to sell us on anything other than what we wanted. He was helpful in explaining all the features of the car and making sure we found the one with all the features we wanted. When it came time for negotiation it was respectful and after a bit of back and forth we got a fair deal for both our trade in and the new car. We're thrilled with the Mazda 3 and it feels good to be able to tell anyone who asks how great it was working with Kamal. More
