Dave was there to answer many questions and although we didn't buy at that very moment, we had intentions of coming back to purchase the vehicle. David emailed us between the time of us looking and us coming in to see if we had any questions. We went in yesterday to ourchase the vehicle and couldn't have had a better experience. He was very patient and VERY knowledgeable about the car. He helped us clean out our old vehicle and spent time with us setting up some features on the new vehicle. I highly recommend him! More

RUN!!!!!! Buyer beware! Avoid this dealership. Salesmen are well trained scam artists and it starts directly at the top with Richard Fisher. They lied about the Buyer beware! Avoid this dealership. Salesmen are well trained scam artists and it starts directly at the top with Richard Fisher. They lied about the carfax and several other issues with the vehicle we bought. Our factory warranty has all but been voided by BMW because of a prior accident they hid from us during the purchase. During our test drive we heard a rattle in the rear of the car. The salesmen told us he would have the noise investigated when we returned to the dealership. We were then told the spare tire was loose and causing the rattle so they tightened it and everything was good. After spending over 6 hours at the dealership getting the run around on everything but what color the sky is we left with the car. Biggest mistake ever!!!!! The rattle was still there, come to find out the car doesn't even have a spare tire.......they lied!!!! First of many lies. Stay away from any Autobarn dealerships, there is no service after the sale and they will tell you anything to get you to buy their junk. We are now seeking legal action against them. This purchase has been nothing but a nightmare and it shouldn't be when you pay close to $40,000 for a car. Please don't be a victim like we were, look elsewhere. More

Shady finance department go somewhere else I did not have a good experience at Evanston Autobarn Mazda. It started when I talked to your internet manager that I would be in to make a deal on a I did not have a good experience at Evanston Autobarn Mazda. It started when I talked to your internet manager that I would be in to make a deal on a specific Mazda 3s touring that Autobarn emailed me that it had available. He told me he would have it on the lot for me. That didn't happen, your salesman john Norton apologized they forgot. It took 3 hours to get a specific car you had in stock and that I had a trucar price on. After 2:30 hrs I finally got to see the car and it had two dings in the paint, one that would require 3 days of body work. I was offered to get another car and redo the paperwork in a day or two or take a loaner while they did the body work. I took the car for a week then came back and took a loaner while you did the work. Now, that wasn't ideal but stuff happens. Your staff were friendly and apologetic and the body wrk was done uto my satisfaction and took no longer than expected. However, when I found a $1050 charge for Auto Guard I missed on the contract, added on after I specifically stated I didn't want to pay for any extra paint or body service, I was livid. I asked your service man about the Armor Guard when I was signing the papers he said it came with the car. I have emailed John Norton last Tuesday and Jon Zimmerman Friday about this matter a week ago and have heard nothing back. I am angry and planning to write many more reviews. A month has gone by now and after emails and phone calls from Preston in finance Autobarn has done nothing to rectify the situation. If you deal with these people they will rip you off More

He answered all the questions we had and tried to find a way to get me the car I wanted even though it appeared to be out of my budget. He was also very patient when I couldn't make up my mind on certain things. Additionally, the test drive felt like a 'real' test drive; we were probably on the road for about half an hour or more! Anthony made my car buying experience a lot more enjoyable and relaxing than I was told it would be. Not only was Anthony amazing, but Ross in the Finance department was great too! Ross made signing a lot of paperwork an entertaining experience with all of his pretty awesome stories! Overall, the employees at Autobarn Mazda of Evanston made the car buying experience a great one. I would definitely recommend this dealership! Thanks Anthony!! More

He took care of my 2014 Mazda CX5 which has a GPS that stopped working. The car needs the 15K miles oil change and maintenance as well as connecting my phone to Bluetooth. I had a really pleasant encounter when I drove up to leave my car for them to work on it at 7:00 AM. The car looks spanking new, polished in and out and everything working fine.
