He has been my service rep for several years now and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is Juan personable, friendly and welcoming but I always feel confident that I am receiving the best possible care for my Miata (I do love my car!) His attention to detail along with his personality is probably the main reason why I continue to have my car serviced at the dealership.
