My service advisor had no idea what she was doing. Also, I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and ended up spending over $400 on other things. When I asked for an explanation on the charges, the I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and ended up spending over $400 on other things. Tried for 3 full days to purchase a car from this dealer. Im located in St louis Mo. I got few returned calls, was passed to an inexperienced sales person named Manny. We agreed upon a price $300 off ask. He Im located in St louis Mo. I got few returned calls, was passed to an inexperienced sales person named Manny. We agreed upon a price $300 off ask. He kept asking for a $1k deposit, which I agreed to all I ask as for a sales contract with an agreed upon price in it. Thats what I could never get from them. All I got was excuses and silence. When i finally got a hold of the sale manager Mo ( who did seem nice and was out sick he tells me sorry the car just sold) this car had sat on their lot for 90+ days already. I have never seem a more unprofessional poorly run dealership in my life. I would not recommending wasting your time with this dealer. They are very shady and not trust worthy in my opinion . More
