Lengthy and overpriced 1 hour and 45 minutes and $87 for a basic oil change is ridiculous. Also, a coupon that was mailed to me was not honored. They claimed I had to mail 1 hour and 45 minutes and $87 for a basic oil change is ridiculous. Also, a coupon that was mailed to me was not honored. They claimed I had to mail in a form, then get the discount on my NEXT oil change. No thank you. I'll go to a faster, less expensive business that specializes in this service. More
Excellent Service in a timely fashion I had not been to the dealership for some time but needed a factory part replaced and I like to go to the dealer for that. When I called to make an appointment, the service person was fast, knew exactly what I was talking about, made the appointment and a few minutes after I hung up the phone I got an email confirming the appointment and the details. I have broken A/C compressor on my Mazda CX 3 and the Autobarn Mazda Evanston, doesn't want to provide me that information, before they charge me. It is not a technical question, it is a law question, and I am paying for that. Autobarn Mazda Evanston seriously brakes the law. This is not just customer experience topic, this is threatening of customer rights. More
