That was disappointing to hear because I thought he was great and handled all my questions or concerns professionally. However, I do think Jay is just as great. He is knowledgeable and seems to be the go to person here when other agents have questions. So that says a lot. He is quite funny and personable. I like that he is informative and provides detailed information to customers as opposed to just saying okay your all set. He goes over the paperwork with you as to what was done to your car and asks if you have any questions. This is helpful especially when you are a female. More

After my 2006 Mazda 3 finally reached the end of it's life, I decided to pick up a brand new Mazda. I couldn't be more happier with my experience. I was immediately greeted by John who introduced me to Ryan Straz. I let Ryan know what specific options I was looking for and he found it right away and had it ready for a test drive. I was so happy they had the exact model/options I was looking for. I had pre-approved financing before walking in, but they were able to work out a much better deal and much lower interest rate. Ryan helped make the experience easy. I'll most likely be keeping this car for a while, but I would definitely reach out to him directly for my next Mazda. Or who knows, maybe I can get an MX-5 as a second car! More
