Happy with our new CX-5 Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our recent visit to Mazda. Kam was awesome, gave us great information about our new leased vehicle, and Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our recent visit to Mazda. Kam was awesome, gave us great information about our new leased vehicle, and was very helpful. I would say that the only time we felt could have been a better experience was during the meeting with our financial person when signing. He was very nice and got through all the information, but it felt sort of rushed. There wasn't much opportunity to ask questions or clarification- it's obvious he has his speech down pat and wanted to get through all the information. We're not super familiar with leasing terminology, so more explanation would have been helpful along with more information of each optional service plan for the car. But overall, we're happy with how it all went. More

While the doors opened promptly at 7:00 AM, it was another 5-10 minutes before the service rep came to help. Why isn't the rep prepared to start on time? More

Service was good. Could be much better. Service was good. But, I asked them to test drive after service as i was not feeling the drive as smooth as it should be so that they can also experie Service was good. They didn't.!! I have to take my vehicle again for a check up..yet. They could do much better. Did not expect this level of service from a brand "MAZDA". I am not sure how long i will keep this car.!!! Looking for a change. More
