It seems the service has gone down over the past year. Generally I have had nothing but great service at Mazda. Lately, however, this past year the service hasn't been so good. Happy with our new CX-5 Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our recent visit to Mazda. Kam was awesome, gave us great information about our new leased vehicle, and was very helpful. I would say that the only time we felt could have been a better experience was during the meeting with our financial person when signing. He was very nice and got through all the information, but it felt sort of rushed. There wasn't much opportunity to ask questions or clarification- it's obvious he has his speech down pat and wanted to get through all the information. We're not super familiar with leasing terminology, so more explanation would have been helpful along with more information of each optional service plan for the car. But overall, we're happy with how it all went. More

But, I asked them to test drive after service as i was not feeling the drive as smooth as it should be so that they can also experie Service was good.
