Regular maintenance appointment I needed an oil change at least, and when I called to make the appointment, they told me the car was due for its 30K miles maintenance. The mileage is I needed an oil change at least, and when I called to make the appointment, they told me the car was due for its 30K miles maintenance. The mileage is actually about 27K , but I agreed to go ahead. After examining the car, I was told I needed new rear brakes also. I postponed that as I had appointments that I had to get to. The 30K maintenance was done and the car washed (not vacuumed sadly!), and I was on my way in plenty of time to make my appointments. More

Disorganized staff and process My recent visit to service my Mazda CX-5 felt like I was being pranked. When I arrived, no one checked me in for 10-15 minutes. I stood there and wa My recent visit to service my Mazda CX-5 felt like I was being pranked. When I arrived, no one checked me in for 10-15 minutes. I stood there and watched while 5-6 staff members scurried about, no concerned that a client was awaiting assistance. There was sufficient staff and all were nice/pleasant, but no one seemed to know how to do their jobs. When it came time to pay, they somehow locked themselves out of the computer so they couldn't take my payment. I stood there for about 10 minutes while they frantically tried to log into the computer to take my credit card payment. In my opinion, this service center could use a manager or someone to oversee the operations. My experience was an encounter with an disorganized staff with overall no leadership. This place could use some improvements. More
