Horrible customer service at the dealer and the service is even worse. They control the market in Chicago since there aren’t many other Mazda options around the area therefore they don’t care how they trea is even worse. I’ve been to other Mazda dealers in other states and they’re much better. If you can opt for a diff Mazda dealer I’d recommend doing so. More

My car is only one year old and has had to be towed to the service department twice. This second time the battery was dead again and had to be replaced again and the dashboard kept going black. The service department replace the battery and said they did a software update to fix the known glitch of the computer system going black. 10 minutes away from my home after picking it up the system went black. I now have to bring it back again. I am a disabled woman who only bought the car because my doctor told me I cannot go in taxis or ubers during the pandemic due to my poor immune system. I had to take an Uber to go pick it up this weekend and now the service department is asking me to bring it back again and expose myself to more people during the pandemic. I am completely dissatisfied that a one year old car cannot be reliable and cannot be fixed. I bought it to save my life but instead it’s putting me in harms way. More
