Great service While I left spending more than I had hoped, my service advisor was really great. He was efficient and kept me informed throughout my time there. When I went to get in my car, I noticed a scuff down the entire passenger side. When brought to his attention he did not believe that happened at their location (since they had cleaned the vehicle before I got in I assumed it had, though I rarely go to the passenger side of the vehicle), regardless he identified the mark as a glue like substance and proceeded to hand buff it out for me. Really appreciate the great service and why I continue to return to the dealer for work in my 2008 vehicle! More

Check engine light issue I did not have an appointment, and it was almost closing time. But the check engine light came on for the second time in a few days. I was nervous t I did not have an appointment, and it was almost closing time. But the check engine light came on for the second time in a few days. I was nervous that it might be something serious. I headed over to the Service Center after work. Jay got me in right away and grabbed a tech to run a diagnostic. It turned out that it just needed a software update which they did straight away. I can't think of any other dealership where they would get you in at the end of day without an appointment and work to resolve the issue. Amazing service! More
