They take great care of me and my car. I pulled into the Service Department for my appointment on my CX-5. Tomy met me, helped me into the Waiting Room while I waited for the service to be I pulled into the Service Department for my appointment on my CX-5. Tomy met me, helped me into the Waiting Room while I waited for the service to be done. He came back to inform me of the results. I OK'd the required repairs and was out of there a few minutes later. That's all a customer wants when you take the car in for service. You guys deliver! More

CX5 Purchase I had a good experience with my salesman for my first visit and test drive. He followed-up and answered my questions leading up to my visit. I had a several hour wait for finance , the finance manager was exceptional to deal with. Another salesman (I do not recall his name, he sat next to Chris) ran me through the interior features, helping me set phone favorites and teaching me Apple Play. I work for JPMorgan Chase and applied for the employee pricing of invoice to the dealer less 4%. In past purchases elsewhere I was presented with an actual invoice with a further calculation of the 4% (or whatever the percentage was for the other cars) after having the invoice. Here, I was shown a piece of paper that obviously was not an invoice but looked to be something pulled from a stored drive easily modifiable for any make/model then populated by the dealer. The "employee" pricing I was quoted, less 4%, was around $2,000 off of the sticker price, slightly more than 4%. I do not believe that this was actual employee pricing. I really wanted the car, that day, and did not have the time to go back and forth with this. I was asked by JPM my experience with the pricing and I offered this same commentary. More

Great customer service I dropped my car for oil change, bulb replacement, and tire rotation. I really liked that I received a text from the service center and I could commun I dropped my car for oil change, bulb replacement, and tire rotation. I really liked that I received a text from the service center and I could communicate via text with any questions I had and received a timely response! Only con was bulb was out of stock so it would’ve been inconvenient to come back so left my car there another day. It would’ve been nice to know that before leaving the car and I was also wondering why it was out of stock. Also the car wash was nice but the inside could’ve been cleaned better as the weather Tek Matt was still dirty and the dashboards weren’t wiped down. Other than that the customer service person was great. More
