Back in 2012 purchased my first Mazda thru this dealership. A lot has changed. Didn’t like that there’s no customer parking and you have to pay for street parking to go to dealership. I was not all dealership. A lot has changed. Didn’t like that there’s no customer parking and you have to pay for street parking to go to dealership. I was not allowed to park in front of dealership doors, even though I have Mazda. Process of buying isn’t easy go in and out, takes a lot of time, and for that not to have parking really sucks. Salesman wasn’t knowledgeable about new car on the lot CX-30. I had myself explain different options, because of my obsession and extensive research about this car. The also was a moment that trunk wouldn’t open and no one was able to figure out why... 4+ people tried. They didn’t give me referral bonus, since I recommended them before to some of my friends who bought cars from here. So this overall makes more negative opinion than back in 2012. Walked out from dealership totally disappointed and went other place to buy a car. More

As good as expected I was given the help I needed by both Rohan and Tommy, when Rohan was busy. I waited for my car in the customer waiting area and did personal work I brought with. One blessing: the TV was on, though no one watched it. But the volume was very low which everyone appreciated. Even at normal level, it can distract and irritate for those working at the desk, those sitting and reading or simplty relaxing, and for the majority trying to concentrate on the IPhones or other forms of cell use. Maybe keep the volume low again in the future. More
