Service was excellent. I came in without an appointment when I woke up to a dead car battery. The service department fit me in their schedule. They take great care of me and my car. I pulled into the Service Department for my appointment on my CX-5. Great customer service I dropped my car for oil change, bulb replacement, and tire rotation. I really liked that I received a text from the service center and I could commun I dropped my car for oil change, bulb replacement, and tire rotation. I really liked that I received a text from the service center and I could communicate via text with any questions I had and received a timely response! Only con was bulb was out of stock so it would’ve been inconvenient to come back so left my car there another day. It would’ve been nice to know that before leaving the car and I was also wondering why it was out of stock. Also the car wash was nice but the inside could’ve been cleaned better as the weather Tek Matt was still dirty and the dashboards weren’t wiped down. Other than that the customer service person was great. More
