Steven ,Customer Service and Barry, Manager, were the best! They kept me up to date with all the services performed to my Mazda 3. My front sensor had what I assumed was a malfunction coupled with my auto garage door link, I called and VIc told me to bring the car right over. He took the car and within an hour it was back, check coupled with my auto garage door link, I called and VIc told me to bring the car right over. He took the car and within an hour it was back, checked out, explained the reason for the problem, and as an added bonus my car was washed. This experience was a repeat of the same excellent service when I brought my car in for the trunk recall, When I left Vic after the recall he gave me his card and said anytime you need help just call me, I did not expect it to be less than 2 weeks later! I really do not have the words to tell you how much I appreciate Vic's kindness and help, it makes my life so much easier to know I have a great advisor to rely on who really cares about customers and your dealerships reputation!! Oscar was helpful and the service was good -- except for one thing. EVERY TIME I have had my car serviced -- every time since I bought it in 2014 -- the following day the flat tire light goes on and I need one thing.
