I bought a car a few weeks ago with the help of Giovann and Mo. Very nice guys! The car needs some alterations which was all agreed on to be done “definitely in two weeks.” Unfortunately it’s a case of ove and Mo. Very nice guys! I have followed up with Servicing, Sales, and Management to have an ETA and pricing on the Mazda remote start. It feels like pulling teeth to hear back from anyone. I understand that things take time but I’ve been told at least three times that “[name] will call me back later today with an update” to not here back. I wish I knew what I was in for when I bought it because I was supposed to have my new car for when I went out of town this weekend and my move out of state has now been postponed. I’m still very excited for my vehicle upon repair and appreciate the kindness but kindness does not equal execution. I went with this dealer because a family friend used to work there so I assumed the communication would be strong. More
