Ross, the sales manager there was also excellent and we appreciated his behind the scenes work in putting our deal together. Our finance rep was decent and fair in negotiations as well. Only critique I have is time. I think things could have moved along a bit faster and could have benefited from a more efficient use of time. Regardless, I'm happy with my purchase.
