I called on Tuesday, May 4 and was given an appointment for Thursday, May 5 at 2:30 PM. When I got to your place at 2:30, I was told that they could not find a record of the appointment and that I would h for Thursday, May 5 at 2:30 PM. When I got to your place at 2:30, I was told that they could not find a record of the appointment and that I would have to wait!!!3 hours!!! until the car would be ready! I find this type of service UNACCEPTABLE and not in line with the 15 years of service with Autobarn Marda of Evanston!!! Un fortunately due to scheduling loads i had no choice but to wait over 3 hours! We are getting close to buying a new car and were going to buy it from you, but based on this negligence we are reluctant to do so. I am interested in your response to this disappointing occurrence. The work was great. Moe and Pat are both knowledgeable, friendly, gracious, and attentive and they went above & beyond in working with me. The 2021 CX-5 they helped me buy is a fantastic car.
