I was in the market for a new truck after my old one had broken down I had found a deal online from this dealership and thought I would check it out. Texoma Hyundai knowingly sold me a used car that was damaged in such a way as to be a life threatening risk to myself and my young children. Following a severe blow out shortly after buying the vehicle, damaged in such a way as to be a life threatening risk to myself and my young children. Following a severe blow out shortly after buying the vehicle, when I had the car appraised by multiple mechanics, I returned with the results to the dealership and was treated with appalling rudeness and discrimination. The manager told me that I had bought the car "as is" and even though they "may have" been aware of the damage, they were not responsible. I was also informed that a used car is traded in for three reason, one that the owner is tired of it, two that they can no longer afford it, and three that the car had sustained major damages. They told me that I should have been able to figure out which reason applied to the car I purchased. It cost me thousands of dollars to repair my car. The entire experience, as a single low-income mother buying her first car, was horrible, ultimately demeaning and deplorable. I urge everyone to not trust the current management of Texoma Hyundai and purchase your vehicles at an alternate Hyundai dealership.. More
These people are flat dishonet. They presented me a deal and after I signed the offer sheet, the contract came back at a higher price. They claimed that there were dealer add-ons that weren't included in t and after I signed the offer sheet, the contract came back at a higher price. They claimed that there were dealer add-ons that weren't included in the sticker price. I should have walked then, but I was tired and had a long drive home, so I let it go. Then after all the paperwork was done, their Finance Director decided that they didn't make enough money on the extended warranty and changed the terms without saying a word. I told them I was bringing their car back to them and they finally backed off. I would never recommend these people to anyone. More
This Dealership is unbelievably bad. They tried to conceal car problems and then when we brought the car back they said they would let us have a rental while they fixed it. Then they told us the car w conceal car problems and then when we brought the car back they said they would let us have a rental while they fixed it. Then they told us the car we were using was sold and to bring it back. Then they said if we didn't sign the paperwork on the broken car, they couldn't let us have the rental because they weren't going to put anymore money into the car - even though it was on the IOU paperwork. They gave us our down payment and left us stranded at the dealership. Then they started drafting our bank account the payments for a car we don't even have. They said that we just need to contact our bank and dispute the charges and they wouldn't contest it. When they pulled the money out of our account it was on the same day that other checks went through (one day before my paycheck went into the account). The dealership said they would pick up the check fees but we haven't seen anything. This happened during the weekend of my son and daughters Birthday's. I had no money for anything for my kids. The dealer won't even call me back. I can't write enough bad things about this dealership. More
