I gave Texoma Hyundai a "great" rating because they were some of the friendliest people I have ever ran across. From the manager, financial manager, salesman, right down to the janitor, it was a g they were some of the friendliest people I have ever ran across. My last car was another model, which I was told by several people was "the best kind of car there is". Well, I drove the other car for almost 3 years, the whole time wishing I'd kept my last Hyundai Elantra! I knew after the first couple of months of driving the other car, I would be back to a Hyundai Elantra. Steven was great, as far as making sure I was getting what I needed a new car for. He asked questions as to what I needed, then showed me the different options. We took my new car for a drive & he asked questions while I was driving, making sure my new car experience was exactly what I wanted. He introduced me to the manager in case I had any questions to ask him. When I got to financial, it was actually surprising how fast things went. Overall, great experience, & I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car. I have already been recommending them to family, co-workers & friends. More

I did my research on my trade-in and on the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. There was very little negotiating needed because I was prepared. We were in and out in an hour after the test drive! The service was excellent, they took the time to show you a car, listen to your needs and wants and plus they don't just put you in a car just to get you in one. They try to find the car that best fits your budget. From the time we got to the dealership, we test drove a Hyundai Sonata, went through the finance department which was smooth and actually had the best car experience ever. My husband and I are very pleased with our service and how the whole process went from the time we met Red and Gary to the finance department with Brian and he was awesome and now driving off in my brand new Hyundai Sonata that I love!!! This was my birthday present from my husband and the best one ever. I love my car, rides great, and highly recommend Texoma Hyundai for all your car buying needs!! Ric Metcalf the sales associate was very friendley, was the first to come up to me and ask what he could do for me. I was there getting my oil change on my 2012 Hyundai Sonta and was looking at the new car the first to come up to me and ask what he could do for me.
