It was a bit of a drive to Sherman (we live in Lewisville) but like I said we went down for fishing and just made a weekend out of it. It also saved us around $3,500.00 when you total up all of the payments. Plus we are always looking for an excuse to go fishing, so we will be able to take advantage of their service department as well. Go through their internet department if you want the best deal with no hassles at all. More

When I came here 2 weeks ago we got my daughter a 2008 Pontiac G6 and she loves her new car. We got a very good deal something I know the other dealerships couldnt do for us. Our salesperson, Sam, listened to everything we wanted and needed, and helped us try to save money as much as possible. He worked with me on the financing and was able to get the payments where I needed them. They treated me like no other dealership I had been to, and I have bought a lot of cars. I am looking forward to returning there when my next grandchild turns 16! More
So I’ve been to tons of dealers and I know not one treats you like Texoma Hyundai. Every dealer I’ve been to right away, wants to know how much money I got down and what my credit score is before I even get you like Texoma Hyundai. Every dealer I’ve been to right away, wants to know how much money I got down and what my credit score is before I even get a “welcome” I feel like I could have walked in here with absolutely no intention in buying a car and they would have treated me the same. The selection of vehicles here is unreal, I think the only thing that was complicated was choosing what vehicle I wanted. Walking to other dealers is like walking into an empty office and hearing a pen drop to the floor… not here everyone was energetic and curteous and happy just goes to show the employees there are happy which says a lot for a company. Hyundai Texoma really fought hard to get me financed with my first vehicle on my own and no co-signer, everyone else wanted a co-signer or tons of money down. If I had that kind of money down I would buy a cash car!!! This dealership could really teach other dealers how to treat others and sell cars that are reliable. I bought a 2006 tuscon sport in a really nice blue color. I’m just soooo happy I got this car on my own and I’ve taken it to my mechanic and he was shocked in how great shape it is. I will never return to another dealer. Best part is I drove to Texarkana twice already and I’ve saved a ton of money on gas! This 2006 Tuscon uses less gas than my car! I cant thank Texoma Hyundai enough! More
My wife and I just took delivery of our new Hyundai Genesis from Texoma Hyundai and we could not be more pleased! We live in Plano, and we shopped at all of the Dallas Area Hyundai Dealers and frankly Genesis from Texoma Hyundai and we could not be more pleased! We live in Plano, and we shopped at all of the Dallas Area Hyundai Dealers and frankly we were quite disappointed with the way we were treated, or the negotiation process. Which is a shame because the new Hyundai Genesis is quite a car! This car is every bit as quiet, solid and stable as my wife’s (no my…yes I get hand-me-downs) Lexus GS. We are amazed at how well the interior was appointed and the fit and finish is first rate! But the dealers in the Greater Dallas Area are just not prepared to sell an automobile of this caliber, so we were thinking of going back to Lexus and moving down to an ES series car. Our Daughter Janeele told us about Texoma Hyundai just as we planned to go back to the Lexus dealer and oh are we ever glad she did. I got online and found Texoma Hyundai’s website and within 13 minutes, I had a better price than any Dallas Area Hyundai Dealer gave me plus a pretty fair idea on payments as well. 30 minutes later we were driving to Sherman Texas! Needless to say, we are proud new owners and looking forward to transacting business with them again! Five stars for Texoma Hyundai!! More
Customer service sucks! the service manager is the only person in the service department other than the mechanics. They lied about an availible rental cars to get me in since I live 45 minutes away and hav person in the service department other than the mechanics. I started calling on a Thursday, no return. Friday I called no return call. Saturday I was told by Joe that he would call Enterprise Rent a Car to schedule a rental, no call back. I showed up at Texoma Hyandia. I talk to some guy told him of the situation he told me he was Joe and he called Enterprise and they said they would call. He then said they didnt have any cars for that day but to come in Monday. I did that. I purchase an extended warranty (from another dealer) after I purchased the car. This warranty was purchased before my factory warranty ran out. I had previously been told by the service department at Texoma that they couldnt give me a rental because I didnt buy the extended warranty. So now I have one and they cant give me rental because they dont have one and enterprise is out of cars This is after I got there, waited for 2 hours, . and I wait another 2 1/2 hour. I had to call the warrany people myself and tell the service department it was ok to start on my car. I was told if the warranty didnt pay I would have to pay for the rental, I agreed, was still told none was availible. Finally, after a total of 5 hours I was offered a ride 1/2 way back to work. They would drop me off somewhere on the side of the road. But I watched as they put another person in one of there cars as a rental, I ask her if she had an expended warranty, she said yes. I work in Durant Ok, 30 miles from Sherman, TX. still cant believe I was offered a ride 1/2 way I am 46 year old women. being offered a ride to the side of a road. Another time, when gas was up in price I called the salesman that I bought the car from ask about a 4 cylinder he said they had plenty and I agreed to look after work. I looked at a few, drove 2 different told him that I wasnt interested. He told me that since it was the last day of the month that he could do a great deal. I still said "No, not interested. About 10 days later my finace' started receiving letter stating that he had been declined credit at several different loan companies regarding the application that was submitted by Texoma Hyandia. I never ask that we see about a payment, a sale or anything to do with out credit. I called they denied and I just gave it up and didnt pursue any further. All parts of that place is a lie. I am so angry with the service they provide. Everytime I go in they have a new service person and they are always new. I admit the service guy Mark is friendly, just extreemly under staffed and it seems without resources. I will never buy a Hyundia because of the hassle it is getting it serviced or worked on. I feel cheated. The upper management must be very hard to work for since nobody stays. More
I was in the market for a new truck after my old one had broken down I had found a deal online from this dealership and thought I would check it out. Texoma Hyundai knowingly sold me a used car that was damaged in such a way as to be a life threatening risk to myself and my young children. Following a severe blow out shortly after buying the vehicle, damaged in such a way as to be a life threatening risk to myself and my young children. Following a severe blow out shortly after buying the vehicle, when I had the car appraised by multiple mechanics, I returned with the results to the dealership and was treated with appalling rudeness and discrimination. The manager told me that I had bought the car "as is" and even though they "may have" been aware of the damage, they were not responsible. I was also informed that a used car is traded in for three reason, one that the owner is tired of it, two that they can no longer afford it, and three that the car had sustained major damages. They told me that I should have been able to figure out which reason applied to the car I purchased. It cost me thousands of dollars to repair my car. The entire experience, as a single low-income mother buying her first car, was horrible, ultimately demeaning and deplorable. I urge everyone to not trust the current management of Texoma Hyundai and purchase your vehicles at an alternate Hyundai dealership.. More
