Greatest customer experience of my life. I came in to Texoma Hyundai to purchase my very first car and was blown away at how I was so thoughtfully taken care of. I sat down with John at his desk filled with Alabama memorabilia and pictures of his beautiful family. The way he handled my situation made me feel as if I was a part of his family, too! He listened intently to what I was searching for in a car, and helped me find the perfect solution. I am so grateful for the service I was given, and will without hesitation come back to John for all of my automotive needs. Even if he doesn't like it! ;) While the whole team at Texoma Hyundai is friendly and welcoming, I'd have to say that John was the greatest. He had me laughing the whole time! Such an awesome guy. Received a DO NOT BY A CAR FROM TEXOMA HYUNDAI or BONHAM CHRYSLER.... They DO NOT take care of their customers. I purchased a used car from them... Received a car report that the car HAD NOT been wrecked on the day of purchase as requested due to the fact this was my first car purchase in my name ONLY not my spouses ... and this is one of the specific things I ask for When I purchased was the car needed low mileage and NO WRECKS. I looked at a car online that I liked but they said they had one similiar to it. Since they could not get me in the car I orginally liked cause they could not get the payment down to what I could afford I accepted this vehicle with a little aprehension.I have been with the same insurance company for 20+ years with no accidents or tickets and rates were extrememly high. So I am in the process of changing insurance companies. My new insurance agent calls me and says he wants to know about the wrecks on my cars... WHAT??? I have never had a wreck nor a ticket... so I immediately call and drive up to Texoma Hyundai to have it checked they put it on the rack and everything looks good BUT the right back tire is BALD in one secton and looks obvious something is wrong on just the tire area.. What do they say !!! Appears that some how since my purchase they are saying they are not responsible and that its probably something I did like hitting a pot hole or something... (DID NOT HAPPEN) and one tire bald from hitting a pot hole... and why is it in just one area. I simply ask that they replace the tire and check out the axle.. but apparently since I bought it AS IS and THEY gave me a auto check that clearly says the car HAD NOT been wrecked. Oh and now they have an Auto Fax showing now the car had been wrecked..Although I have the orginal one in my hand and they say that it happens sometimes that it will show up on one of the car facts and not the other. So I feel they should replace the tire and take care of and look at the tire and axle because in my book the customer comes first when situations like this come up. But they would rather place the blame on me even though they gave me a report stating there was no wrecks..No mind you the car does not look like its damaged.. it is slightly off on the truck and the back right tire is in terrible shape.. but only the back right tire is bad. And the covertible top has a slight leak of air. BUT the tire is definately not safe and I feel that since I have owned the car since Octber 25 of 2012 there is NO WAY (even though they are blaming me) could have caused that much damage to one tire in less than 3 months. I have been Duped and strongly encourage anyone from purchasing from this company. More
Had terrible experience @ Texoma Hyundai yesterday...after several phone calls and texts from my salesperson, brought in my trade-in (after making a good faith offer)w/the promise of trying yesterday...after several phone calls and texts from my salesperson, brought in my trade-in (after making a good faith offer)w/the promise of trying out the car i was planning on purchasing for the weekend. I left my sons ballgame early to drive 45 minutes to Sherman, Tx. Waited over 40 minutes only to find out that the car i was supposed to pick up was sold an hour earlier. I had talked to my salesperson on the phone 20 minutes prior to my arrival and assured that the car was ready and waiting for me and that I would be out the door in 30 minutes or less. That was his opportunity to tell me the truth rather than waste my time and gas money driving to and from Sherman, Tx. I informed the sales manager that i would not be doing business with them now or in the future. And rather than trying to make things right and own their deception, his reply was a simply "FINE" I don't ask alot from a Car Dealership...but if they had simply informed me that the car was already sold before i arrived, I would probably have waited for them to find another car and purchased from them anyway. Buyers Beware...Gary is a snake in the grass only interested in making the sale not in repeat future business. More

Probably the best dealing I've ever had with a car dealer. We did it all over the phone and when I picked it up I was on my way in less than an hour. I did mention that while waiting I had called back the dealership I had been at earlier in the week and asked about their internet deal on their site. They said they would call me back. Within 30 they had called me back with a number while not happy with was closer to my comfort zone then Texoma got initially. Later Texoma got closer but not match. However, when I was leaving saying I wouldn't take thier deal the salesman kinda snottily said I would be back. Ok, whatever I continued on. Then another sales manager came running after me saying he had been busy and come back and see what he could do. Well after a little talking I showed him the deal on my phone from the other dealers website. He said that must be manual but showed him it said automatic. Well I went back in to give him an honest hearing. Well after a few minutes of unsatisfactory negotiations the hard sales tactics came out. I will say the sales rep didn't get involved and kept silent in corner. But other sales manager came in and offered me the I will give you 500 trope if I can't match it. Just need them to send me a purchase agreement. Now why would another car company give a competitor the ammunition to steal their car sale? Honestly, I will match their price thing doesn't seem to work out real well cause you have to jump through hoops and get another dealer to willingly shoot themselves in the foot. Its a great scam. Well they got within 320 of the other deal and insisted that when I showed up at other place that they would pull voodoo on me and remove 500 cause they added military discount even though I don't meet requirement. I showed them the internet discount on their site and said that was same as theirs with military. But I pointed out theirs and military is 1862 and theirs was 2062 and gave some vague incentive thing was reason and I was taking a gamble. I told them I had seen that same discount on other unaffiliated sites on autotrader.com and they stuck to that story. Their moto on their site of Family Values-Country Prices. Well I found that to be false in my experience. I got a better deal in the City and I don't think double team high pressure sales is family values. At one point they were trying to sell me on evils of Big city dealers tricks and then right after said we do the same thing. All car sales men are taught to lure them in with every discount then when don't qualify point it out but since they are already here they don't want to deal with hassle and take deal. Then a sentence or two later pointing that out again said our sales people are taught same thing. Also, their OTD price didn't include dealer options. Needless to say I went back to DFW dealer and OMG guess what. They honored the price quoted over the phone. The boogeyman DFW dealer stories they are big faceless and don't care about your sale thing was wrong. I am sure if you go in and accept their first offer you will get a good experience but I will say this at least they didn't try the insult me tactic as I walk out even though they were still trying to convince me as I walked out. Least they didn't follow me out and say I wasted their precious time. More
My birthday just passed, I’m finally old enough to drive so my parents went out to buy a new car for me! Of course I have to tag along! We were all excited when we first arrived at Texoma Hyundai! I saw and test-drove the Genesis Coupe and I am absolutely in love! It is sooo me! Our salesman was awesome, two thumbs up for me! He was very patience and so helpful towards us..plus he was the one that introduced me the Genesis Coupe. Great choice! I love my new ride! I think my dad loves it too since he always want to take my car everywhere! lol More

I purchased a brand new 2011 Hyundai Sonata which makes me so happy I have to stop and get out every other mile to let my butt laugh! Leather seats, satellite radio, Bluetooth, chrome wheels and I could go on. They have given me every reason I can think of to keep coming back and to refer my friends and family. My wife and I have been looking to replace her 2003 Chrysler Concord for a while now. We originally went to look at a Toyota Camry, which she had her mind set on last Christmas but decided to wait. When it was time to search for her a car I suggested to her to check out the Hyundai Sonata because she could get a better deal option. I also suggested she look to Texoma Hyundai because a friend of mine got their last vehicle there and was overly satisfied with the service they received. We went out last weekend to both Texoma Hyundai and a local Toyota dealership to check out their best selling cars anxious to find a good deal. We tested both the 2010 Sonata and the 2010 Sentra and my wife was far more impressed with the Sonata. We chose to buy her Sonata from Texoma Hyundai and I will also be taking it there to get serviced whenever that may be. Thanks for the hard work that everyone at Texoma Hyundai put into our buying process! More
