I was expecting a stressful negotiation, and I had certainly done my internet homework. Although this was to be my vehicle, I took my husband, since I had heard that some dealers work better with men. That was not a problem – although all employees were cordial to him, they addressed me as the buyer. We went in yesterday and worked with Travis Clay, who was fantastic. He was not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions, went on test drives with a couple of vehicles with us, and he was totally honest if we asked a question he could not answer (and then he found the answer). Jimmie Allred, a sales manager, helped and gave me a great deal, better than I was expecting even after many days of research. I was trying to decide between two cars, both Elantras, and made the decision last night, and they had everything ready for me today. The finance manager K.C. was also great. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership! I expected a long, difficult, and stressful process, and instead it was easy! And I love my new car! More
