Please read and beware. I have purchased several vehicles in my life through various dealerships and sellers. Very bad experience as well as very unethical sales practices. Do not go offer there fast and easy buy online experience. I refuse to play dealer games of “market adjustments”, “nitrogen filled tires”, “dealer installed options that can’t remove”. Completed all the online pricing and got a final price with all taxes and fees from them. Drove over 50 miles to drive and inspect the vehicle before purchase and then they pulled the up sale and bait and switch. Came back with a price 4K over amount for “market adjustment”. Showed them their own pricing sheet with final tax and fees good for 2 more days. Then attack was that would not take cashier check even though price was a cash price and said had to finance with them but also would not honor their price that had given me. Very very dishonest. There are good dealerships that treat customer right. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Buyers beware. They will add adjustments and markups to the price. In my opinion, stay away. More

I enjoyed my time with him, his personable nature sets him apart from the other dealerships I interacted with over the last few days. For instance, he was working another deal in tandem with mine, but he never pushed me to the side, he kept his focus on not only myself, but his other customer. Having to juggle multiple transactions while providing a high level of customer service is not easy, again Lomax exceeds that task. Toyota of Grapevine was more than fair with the trade in value on my truck and Matt Villatoro in the finance department was quick and detailed in getting everything cinched up. The whole process took less than two hours from walk-in to delivery. Lomax went an extra step and set up my phone to the new truck and even sent out a service tech to address any additional questions that I might have. On the following day, General Manager, Neal Asaad personally reached out to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Lomax is a true professional in his trade. Not happy with the transparency of the used dealership! We purchased a 2023 Highlander and within two weeks of driving noticed that the car started to shake when braking. We took it in a week later and were told that all rotors needed to be replaced for around $500. When we test drove the vehicle, we asked specifically about the brakes. We were told by our salesmen that they were checked during inspection and came out clean with no repairs needed. After speaking with the manager and our salesmen we were told that they, “were in the green” at the time of purchase. So, after 600 miles you’re telling me that ALL of our brakes have warped? Lies. This is not an honest dealership! ***Update: technician who did the initial diagnostic on our vehicle no longer works there. That should tell you something! Yet, we were still required to pay*** More

I was not impressed from the start. I'm new to the area and ultimately picked my 2023 Tundra up after being there a day and had nothing done. The appointment was for 8 AM on Monday and was told I'd need to leave the Truck overnight for the planned work. but when I checked on it Tuesday morning, nothing had even been started so I told them to stop work and went and picked it up. Communication - or mis communication was poor. I cannot speak to the actual service, but the estimates were high. $195 for check engine diagnosis. More
