My overall experience at this dealership was disappointing, despite one outstanding employee. I was helping a friend who speaks English as a third language during her car search. Initially she worked with Zack, who was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He answered questions clearly and made the process feel honest and comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience changed once other staff became involved. Brian Barrows took over the interaction without being asked, provided confusing and inconsistent information, and began showing vehicles outside my friend’s budget. There was confusion regarding financing and whether she could take a vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection. At one point, it was implied financing had to be completed first, despite her having credit union pre-approval. We were also given conflicting information about whether outside lenders were accepted. Basic details such as pricing and listing information were difficult to obtain, and vehicles shown were ultimately far above her target range. Communication felt inconsistent, and follow-up promises were not kept. Later, another employee initially confirmed a pre-purchase inspection was allowed, but she was then told she could not test drive or inspect a $15,900 vehicle because her approval was $15,000 — despite negotiation or a small down payment being reasonable solutions. A manager later confirmed they do not negotiate prices, and still had additional significant fees on top of listed prices. Throughout the process there were contradictions between employees, unclear explanations, and additional fees beyond advertised prices. My friend was ready to purchase that day, but after multiple long trips and ongoing confusion, we chose to walk away. Zack was excellent and represented good customer service. Unfortunately, the overall experience lacked transparency and consistency, which made the process frustrating and left us feeling disappointed, manipulated, and not wanting to move forward. More

Will Shearins is fantastic. Will showed us each car we wanted to see, eager to help, very patient while we explored our option. We never felt like it was just a sale with Will. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership earlier this week while attempting to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns about their business practices. I v earlier this week while attempting to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns about their business practices. I visited the dealership after seeing a vehicle online that was listed within my price range. When I arrived and test drove the car, I was informed that the price was higher than what was advertised online. The bill of sale included a $500 upcharge, which they stated was for “maintenance and other items.” However, the vehicle had a visibly cracked taillight and a dent near the rear panel. While the taillight functioned, the crack was significant. I questioned the justification for the additional $500 given the visible damage, and they were unable to provide a clear explanation. Additionally, they attempted to add $2,000–$3,000 in dealer accessories to the vehicle. This is a used 2025 Toyota Camry. I explained that the online listing price should reflect the total vehicle cost, including any accessories already installed. After considerable back and forth, they removed the dealer accessories but kept the $500 upcharge. I also informed them that I would not be financing through the dealership, as my credit union had already approved my loan and would issue a cashier’s check for the full purchase amount. This is a cash purchase. The dealership strongly pushed me to use their approved lenders instead. I had three different sales representatives attempt to persuade me to finance through them, suggesting I could refinance later. I declined, as my credit union offered a lower interest rate and I saw no reason to apply for another loan. After spending 2.5 hours at the dealership without resolution, I left. The following morning, the salesperson contacted me and offered to keep the $500 upcharge in exchange for five complimentary oil changes. I declined, reiterating that adding fees not disclosed in the online listing felt misleading. I also asked whether they would accept a cashier’s check for the full amount. I was told they only work with their lenders. I clarified that this is not a financed purchase through the dealership — my bank would issue a cashier’s check payable to them, and the lien would be held by my bank, not the dealership. Despite this, they continued to provide confusing and inconsistent information. Overall, I felt pressured, misled, and frustrated by the lack of transparency. I value honest and straightforward business practices, and this experience did not reflect that standard. Consumers should be cautious and ensure all pricing details are clearly confirmed before visiting. As I asked them directly: if you walk into a store and see a listed price, would you expect to pay something different at checkout? I hope dealerships can prioritize transparency and integrity in their customer interactions. More
