The service department performed an 85,000-mile service on my son’s car when all we asked for was a simple tire rotation. I immediately contacted the manager to ask why they changed the service without informing my son. Despite receiving six phone calls today, no one has been able to resolve the issue or refund the $70 overcharge. It’s disappointing to see a business take advantage of a teenager.
