He was very detailed and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with not only the vehicle, but the finance options available. I enjoyed my time with him, his personable nature sets him apart from the other dealerships I interacted with over the last few days. For instance, he was working another deal in tandem with mine, but he never pushed me to the side, he kept his focus on not only myself, but his other customer. Having to juggle multiple transactions while providing a high level of customer service is not easy, again Lomax exceeds that task. Toyota of Grapevine was more than fair with the trade in value on my truck and Matt Villatoro in the finance department was quick and detailed in getting everything cinched up. The whole process took less than two hours from walk-in to delivery. Lomax went an extra step and set up my phone to the new truck and even sent out a service tech to address any additional questions that I might have. On the following day, General Manager, Neal Asaad personally reached out to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Lomax is a true professional in his trade. Not happy with the transparency of the used dealership! We purchased a 2023 Highlander and within two weeks of driving noticed that the car started to shake when braking. We took it in a week later and were told that all rotors needed to be replaced for around $500. When we test drove the vehicle, we asked specifically about the brakes. We were told by our salesmen that they were checked during inspection and came out clean with no repairs needed. After speaking with the manager and our salesmen we were told that they, “were in the green” at the time of purchase. So, after 600 miles you’re telling me that ALL of our brakes have warped? Lies. This is not an honest dealership! ***Update: technician who did the initial diagnostic on our vehicle no longer works there. That should tell you something! Yet, we were still required to pay*** More
I was not impressed from the start. I'm new to the area and ultimately picked my 2023 Tundra up after being there a day and had nothing done. The appointment was for 8 AM on Monday and I'm new to the area and ultimately picked my 2023 Tundra up after being there a day and had nothing done. The appointment was for 8 AM on Monday and was told I'd need to leave the Truck overnight for the planned work. but when I checked on it Tuesday morning, nothing had even been started so I told them to stop work and went and picked it up. Communication - or mis communication was poor. I cannot speak to the actual service, but the estimates were high. $195 for check engine diagnosis. More

Jon Diaz gave me the best sales experience I’ve ever had. He was never pushy and showed me a huge variety of vehicles.
