Mr. Jon Diaz was the product specialist who assisted me in this process, and I can't say enough good things about him. While test-driving, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the trucks. When we made the decision a week later to trade in my Tacoma for the Tundra, Jon worked with us throughout the whole process and got us a great deal on the Tundra that fit our budget.
