This dealership is the worst. They use fraudulent advertised pricing. They ad some bogus dealership prep charge well over $2000. If they could just be honest and upfront on their advertised prices it would show that they have integrity and proper business practices. But they choose to sneaky and deceptive instead of honest and transparent. still, they had the car I wanted but because they lied in their advertisement, instead of a great deal,, I just got a deal. Then to top it off when the sales was closed, they handed me a partial key fob. the metal key was missing, I couldn't even put it on my key chain. It is customary to provide two sets of keys, complete fobs not a partial one missing the metal insert. So they completely overlooked the key situation in the dealer prep cost. Lazy or stupid or both. Either was they lack the common courtesy and r skills to be thorough enough to include two set of keys. What else might they have overlooked? And Toyota of Grapevine don't bother asking me to call you to discuss this matter. just mail me two complete key fobs and my license plates and I'll change my rating. It ain't that hard. I paid for them in your deal prep charge. You overlooked it by not doing a proper job. I will be contacting the AG and BBC if not satisfied by receiving my plates and key fob by the end of the month. If you want to discuss it further, you have my number, feel free to call me but I might not be too cordial since you already screwed me once. Just mail me what is rightfully mine. I paide over $42,000.00 and you guys couldn't even provide me with one complete key fob much less two. More
Please read and beware. I have purchased several vehicles in my life through various dealerships and sellers. Very bad experience as well as very unethical sales practices. Do not go offer there fast and easy buy online experience. I refuse to play dealer games of “market adjustments”, “nitrogen filled tires”, “dealer installed options that can’t remove”. Completed all the online pricing and got a final price with all taxes and fees from them. Drove over 50 miles to drive and inspect the vehicle before purchase and then they pulled the up sale and bait and switch. Came back with a price 4K over amount for “market adjustment”. Showed them their own pricing sheet with final tax and fees good for 2 more days. Then attack was that would not take cashier check even though price was a cash price and said had to finance with them but also would not honor their price that had given me. Very very dishonest. There are good dealerships that treat customer right. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Buyers beware. They will add adjustments and markups to the price. In my opinion, stay away. More
