AS POSTED ON GOOGLE AS WELL!!! : I am beyond LIVID with this Texas toyota of grapevine dealership ! Absolutely worst customer service from JERRY the used car manager and NASSAR who was my sales guy. I boug this Texas toyota of grapevine dealership ! Absolutely worst customer service from JERRY the used car manager and NASSAR who was my sales guy. I bought my car not even 6 weeks ago and made my first payment this past friday on 12/3. I came saturday to get my car serviced and was told my tires were bad and needed replacement asap. As well as my alignment. I was told to come on monday morning so my sales guy could take care of me. He did quite the opposite. Wasting my time driving 40 minutes for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HAPPEN OR BE FIXED!!!! Their excuse for no tire replacement at the time of purchasing was because my tires BARELY passed inspection. So they were expecting me to spend another 400$ per tire replacement. After going back and fourth with NASSAR. I asked to speak with jerry his manager, his manager kept repeating over and over “the vehicle passed inspection” but again i remind you BARELY DID. Of course i cant make anybody do anything but the manager couldnt even work with me on any options. His exact words when i said i was going to leave a review were “thats okay we have plenty of other customers” So now my purchase didnt even mean anything ? Or be being a customer doesnt mean anything as well .Another thing he said was “maybe i would need a second opinion on my tires” when i was explained and showed how horrible condition my tires were in. This company has lost me as a customer. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I felt very disrespected as a woman. NOT only by nassar but by jerry HIS MANAGER as well. If i were a male in this situation i would have never been talked to the way i was talked to by these gentleman. They did nothing but try to make me feel stupid or even tried making their own service guys look bad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

Had sunroof replaced and these guys gave my 2020 1794 tundra back with grease and oil all over the off white headliner. They said at the time they would replace it then backed out. The sales person was really nice, he was very patient with me as I am not very good at making decisions. The problem was with the price, they advertised one price on their website and when we went to do with me as I am not very good at making decisions. The problem was with the price, they advertised one price on their website and when we went to do the paper work they came back with another price that was almost 4,000 dollars more. When the manager came out he tried to blame the salesmen for the “inconvenience.” Very unprofessional. Would not recommend especially if you are a first time buyer. The car is still missing some stuff in it too. We ended up paying a lot more than we wanted, and still the car has some things missing. More
