Have had 2 appointments for 25000 mile service first one they told me it would be a 3 hour wait which is ridiculous so I rescheduled for a different day. Could see a group of them standing around chatting but paid no attention to me waiting so I just drove off. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
