A situation that is already bad gets worse when you respond publicly giving the impression that you ‘get’ what you did wrong and are working to fix it. So, readers here get the impression of a contrite business. It turns out I have already made two trips to your dealership (this last week to weekend), and your people told me there is nothing they can do about my experience. They hide behind ‘we did and inspection before the sale’ and it passed. What a sorry response. I cannot touch your dealership with a 20 foot pole it one exists.

UPDATE Oct 16 ============== The service manager (Gary) called to apologize and requested that I bring in the vehicle to get it fixed under warranty. I took it in for service where they found that they did not have the necessary parts. They said that they will order the parts and will call me when it arrives. I got a voicemail from the service advisor (Sabrina) two weeks ago. Since then I have left two messages returning her call (with the service dept desk) and three text messages with Gary since I did not hear from Sabrina. It has been two weeks. I am not sure what I need to do to. They just seem to ignore their customers.
