Alex Ramirez called me to come see a new Rav4 that just came in knowing I was looking for one. Previously weeks before a different salesman there had no new ones to show me and few used ones. Alex went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that had the color I wanted and the features, as the one he showed me was a color I did not like. I had to wait a few weeks but it was worth it.
