Considering the circumstance of Mr. Assad being in the group discussion. I did see you there. I don't see an honest attempt would be made to make things right. There would be just another attempt to pull something with either the trade in or financing. Who in their right mind would ever trust a dealership that tried to give a $15,000 increase. Place that information on your website, that way people are not wasting their time.

I am slightly less than 100% satisfied to put it mildly. I have already reached out, to Mike Highlen in person, and that was back in oct. have not heard back. The damage occurred on Sept. 14th. The public needs to know that your service department cannot be trusted. That’s it. At least they will not be surprised, like was, when they are not told the truth or their new vehicle is returned with damage.
