I know purchasing a pre owned vehicle comes with inherent risks but the dealership assured us it went thru a quality inspection and all fluids were checked. This was not true. The passenger side windshield wiper was completely missing (found out when it started raining), the windshield fluid was empty, the coolant was below the minimum level, and the brake fluid reservoir was so loose it nearly came off. I reached out to the dealership for help and I have been completely ignored. Do not trust any vehicles you purchase here, best off spending a little more at a quality dealership that cares about customers. More
Even in times of high inflation and vehicle shortage issues, I'm shocked at the degree to which this dealership uses "bait and switch" pricing tactics to get customers in the door. I discovered a 2022 issues, I'm shocked at the degree to which this dealership uses "bait and switch" pricing tactics to get customers in the door. I discovered a 2022 Toyota Tundra Pro for sale listed by this dealer on Cars.com, at a listed price of $71,693. Although Cars.com has a disclaimer that indicates price does not include "dealer installed options", one is led to believe the price you ultimately pay will be close to the listed price. I called the dealer to get the full spec sheet and itemized pricing, only to receive a document that added $30,000 to the price. This $30,000 line item is listed as a DIO, or "dealer installed option". Thus the truck's actual price is over $100,000! Who is going to pay $100K for a Toyota truck? Gas prices are over $5 per gallon nationwide (this truck gets 20 mpg), car loan interest rates have increased at a record rate. This is a shameful tactic that should be heavily reviewed by the Toyota Corporation and the Federal Trade Commission. More

I had an appointment at Texas Toyota of Grapevine @ 0800 on 6/17/2022 to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would take 2 hours. I chose to stay at the dealership and wait while they worke on 6/17/2022 to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would take 2 hours. I chose to stay at the dealership and wait while they worked on my 4 Runner. They found 2 other issues that they felt needed to be fixed. I agreed to have them proceed and was told it was going to take an additional 1.5 hours. More than 1.5 hours went by without anyone updating me on the progress, so I called them. I was told they would get in touch with my service advisor and have him call me with an update. 15 minutes went by without a phone call, so I called them again and was told they were very busy. I found my service advisor and was told they lost the key to my vehicle and were in the process of looking for it. Needless to say, I was not happy. They finally found my key and finished the work. Never once did anyone come and give me an update on the progress on my 4 runner. It wasn’t until an employee, which unfortunately I did not get his name, came and asked me how things were going. I told him ”horrible”, which made him ask me what was going on. I told him about the lack of customer service I had received and how disappointed I was at the dealership I had bought my vehicle from. He asked for my name and which service advisor I was working with. He went and got my service advisor as well as a gentleman that he said I needed to share my experience with. Once again I did not get his name. I verbalized my huge disappointment in the customer service I received and left. I have no idea who the owner of this dealership is, but they should be mortified at the horrible customer service they provided me. Needless to say, I absolutely will not be going back to Texas Toyota of Grapevine and would advise other customers to do the same. More

I wish there was a negative star rating. I would give this dealership -10 or more stars. I was there to get a vehicle after spending hours, finally they offered me a quote along with the mon I would give this dealership -10 or more stars. I was there to get a vehicle after spending hours, finally they offered me a quote along with the monthly payment and trade in value for my vehicle. The sales person Chris brought me a quote which was signed by them and asked me to sign if I agreed, which I did. They were getting everything ready and told me that they would send the docs to the finance dept to prepare the contracts to sign. After all this, they come back and tell me that they can not offer the price and payments and said they were going to raise the monthly payments. Then the manager came to me and started behaving very rude as if the mistake was done by me. He started to speak to me with a raised voice as if he wanted to scare me to cover their error. Chris was the sales person but not sure what the name of the manager was. The manager came rushing to where I was sitting and did not even introduce himself and started to almost shout at me. I did not want to argue with these unprofessional people. I am not sure how other people cope with these people. I do not recommend anyone to use this dealership and I will definitely not refer anyone to them. More
This place deserves no stars, i have had the most traumatic, un professional, experience i have ever had here. and i have purchased 6-10 car in my life some new some used. Went there to test drive a Mazda cx-9 third row they had fell in love bought it turned my car in come to find out car wasn't going to be ready for days something small waiting on part, 3 weeks in a time rental go by still no car come to find out engine has a crack in it, ok went in bought a different car, and i bought a 3 year warranty. Shortly after getting it home i would randomly feel a weird feeling then a friend said i can feel something back here called to get my car scheduled for oil change cause they had actually called me earlier in the week. Let the girl know on phone i also needed them to check it out. Go to drop off car, guy gets in rides with me he's like yes somethings wrong. Drop car off NO RENTAL. Next day i get a follow up call asking how i liked my service i said well i wouldn't know i don't have any answers and yall still have my car. Guy calls back a few hours later say they did the maintenance but they were going to have to transfer the car to Mazda cause they cant fix the issue, 2 days later they call me and say they cant take it they don't have enough staff again NO RENTAL, i find a way Monday to pick up my car take it to Mazda, i get to Mazda they are absolutely stunned that i had no rental and had to take the car myself they thought i was from Toyota. Next thing i know Mazda gets me a rental, i leave come to find out this car i just bought 4 months ago, needs a new transmission mount, new engine mount, cruise control fixed, brakes and several other things and come to find out looks like all this is a result of what the mechanic at Mazda said a pretty good wreck, oh and it gets better the WARRANTY Toyota sold me only covers the actual transmission and engine and i got 2 years not 3. Mazda tells me its going to be almost 3 grand to fix. NOTHING IS COVERED, Mazda's own service manager called Toyota several times they refused to do anything about it, i called and left several messages REFUSE to call me back. 3 weeks later i pick my car up from Mazda and next day oil light comes on THEY NEVER CHANGED THE OIL. IMAGINE DRIVING YOUR KID AROUND IN CAR WHERE THE xxxx ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION COULD HAVE FALLEN OUT AT ANY MOMENT AND ITS 4 MONTHS OLD YOUVE HAD THIS CAR AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOU 3000 FOR A CAR I JUST BOUGHT FOR ALL COMPLETLY SCARY AND UNSAFE REPAIRS. AND THEIR REPONSE IS BASICALLY TOUGH COOKIES THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTLEY CRAZY. I As a single mother cannot believe i drove my kid in this car and now i know its been in a pretty serious wreck and they never looked at any of this and i cant find any reports of this wreck in the ppw i got or online. HOW HOW HOW could they do this to their customers. And when i say there was a list of repairs there is a LIST. I'm stuck in this car that is only 2 years old and has this much wrong with it and i only had it 4 months and they are like screw the customer WOW. Currently working with a lawyer to get all documents subpoena from this on this car and any and all process it went through its sad i have to pay for a lawyer and they cant even call me back. AND DID NOT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS AND WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TAKE IT BACK AND HAVE TO LEAVE IT AGAIN. I HAVE CRYED I HAVE BEEN UPSET SCARED THIS IS JUST ALOT AND HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE AND I AM OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR A COMPANY THAT DEALS WITH PUBLIC AND THIS IS WILD.
