We took it in a week later and were told that all rotors needed to be replaced for around $500. When we test drove the vehicle, we asked specifically about the brakes. We were told by our salesmen that they were checked during inspection and came out clean with no repairs needed. After speaking with the manager and our salesmen we were told that they, “were in the green” at the time of purchase. So, after 600 miles you’re telling me that ALL of our brakes have warped? Lies. This is not an honest dealership! ***Update: technician who did the initial diagnostic on our vehicle no longer works there. That should tell you something! Yet, we were still required to pay*** More

I was not impressed from the start. I'm new to the area and ultimately picked my 2023 Tundra up after being there a day and had nothing done. The appointment was for 8 AM on Monday and was told I'd need to leave the Truck overnight for the planned work. but when I checked on it Tuesday morning, nothing had even been started so I told them to stop work and went and picked it up. Communication - or mis communication was poor. I cannot speak to the actual service, but the estimates were high. $195 for check engine diagnosis. More
