I went back to them and they said it was a good brake, and after a few days, I was with my family and suddenly the car stopped and almost killed me and my family. Icalled the towing and towed it to the dealer. One of the problems was that the caliper missed bolt and the caliper moved and hit the rim from the inside. They put the bolt and said it is okay to drive , until they got a new rim, So they gave me a rental car and paid the rent money after many days, and they still had the towing refund money they paid after three months. Icontacted the Toyota corporate several times to complain about Dealership in grapevine . Until now, there is a noise in the brake(grinding) and has click noise when start push brake,i can not back to them again because i do not trust them any more. This is why I advise people not to go to this dealership service because they do not do their job straight. More

We showed up not quite sure what car we wanted but we had a list of preferences and Sebastian took that list and found us a couple of cars that would meet our needs. He was patient, kind, and respectful. He let us take our time looking at the different vehicles and helped us to find our dream car within our budget. Nick was very helpful with explaining the different financial options and warranties. If we need to buy another car we will definitely be coming back to Texas Toyota of Grapevine! More

Despite an initially thorough presentation by salesman Nasser, who detailed minor flaws via a grainy video, a significant issue—a cracked headlight filled with water—was conspicuously omitted. This major flaw only came to light after I had invested over three hours driving to the dealership. The management's response compounded the frustration, offering merely a slight discount and suggesting I find a replacement headlight from a salvage yard myself. This experience seriously calls into question the dealership's transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction. Potential buyers should be cautious and critically assess the integrity of this dealership's practices. More

We visited the dealership twice over the last week of March, first to explore the cars available and the next time to finalize the deal. Our first visit was very pleasant with George and Alex spending a lot of time with us working through all the different expectations we discussed with them in terms of the car itself and in terms of the financing. We left them with the thought that we would return on Saturday to close the deal. When we went back Saturday, we were met with the very enthusiastic Ehab, who was just two weeks into his job. Despite being on his Ramadan fast, he painfully worked with us to get the car and the deal that we were looking for, although his manager did not agree to completely satisfy all our requirements. Ehab went above and beyond his brief in trying to advocate for us and also look around for the specific car we were looking for, which was earlier reported “not available” by his manager. He managed to find that car in the lot and arranged to finalize the deal as close to my expectations as possible. Different customers have different expectations when they are looking to buy something, and the best salesperson is the one who senses that and works towards satisfying that requirement for the customer. Ehab is among them! To top it all, when discussing with Ehab, we had expressed our inability to drive out the new car for the next few days, and Ehab was again kind enough to take care until we picked it up. More
