I hate to say it, but this place has really lost its touch. The sales team is great, and I love shopping here, but the service area is another story. It used to be great. We all know when you walk in to buy a car, the individual you get for a salesperson is a lotto. My husband and I won the lotto when we were lucky enough to be introduced to Elix! We couldn't believe that he you get for a salesperson is a lotto. My husband and I won the lotto when we were lucky enough to be introduced to Elix! We couldn't believe that he had only been there 3 months, and...had never sold cars before. He was like a seasoned veteran, but he was a newbie with a fresh new attitude. He was amazing!!!
