Terrible customer service. I gave 1 star because there wasn’t a zero star choice. My car leaked back in 2022 and I had to have Nissan fix the drains around my sunroof and pay I gave 1 star because there wasn’t a zero star choice. My car leaked back in 2022 and I had to have Nissan fix the drains around my sunroof and pay thousands of dollars. Car started leaking again a few weeks ago and AGAIN I had to pay thousands of dollars to have the drains repaired. Carpet was soaking wet and mildewed. I took it to have it detailed for $400 . A few days ago it rained and once again my car leaked and everything in the car was soaking wet. I call NIssan Monday morning 10/27/25 at 8am and no one answered the phone, it rolled over to their answering service (which is off site). I left a message for the service manager to call me back. I called again about an hour later and the answering service left me on hold for a long time trying to get someone from the dealership to answer. No one did so I was sent to another voicemail and left a message. I called back about 2 hours later and went through the whole process again. Once again the answering service was unable to get anyone from the dealerships front desk or service to answer the phone. I drove over there and dropped my car off anyway. They cleaned the drains and acted like I should be honored that they didn’t charge me. They implied that it was my fault for parking under trees. Now I have to pay another $400 to get the mildew and smell out of my car. Since it doesn’t rain much in DFW I will have to wait to see if they really fixed the issue. So in a nutshell, this dealership is great when selling you a car and every experience after that is horrible. I checked the reviews and discovered that they have a 1.33 rating on the better business bureau and a 1.8 rating on Yelp. This review along with more details will be posted on several websites soon.
