Easily been going to this dealership for 20 years and bought multiple cars and it was based on the support i got. New support management has ended my devotion over a $250 battery. Bought a Nissan battery from them and installed by them. It died and was still under warranty. HOWEVER, policy says that Nissan battery warranty is only applicable if in a Nissan. I have the luxury brand infiniti that i bought from them used. This was not clear when purchased so i asked the to honor it this time. NO. I offered to pay $200, NO. I mentioned i have 2 car purchases coming up, NO. New management doesn't get good customer support. Unbelievably disappointed and disgusted by this experience after so many years of great service.
