I gave it two stars because the salesman was nice enough. The pictures on the internet didn’t show the many flaws this vehicle had. It was for my husbands company. This truck we looked at was missing a tailgate, missing all of the seat controls/handles and wires were hanging out from under the dashboard. I get that the price was cheap, but they should’ve put pictures of the issues. Then, we wouldn’t have wasted our time driving an hour. We found a truck newer year and lower miles for 6K more. Worth it because it’s in great shape and can tell it was taken care of. The truck at this dealer was beat up!! More

That is a lie. $1,341.00 was added to the $9,000.00 advertised price of our used car for an "160-something-point" inspection (called "Dealer-Added Accessories: Reconditioning" on our invoice). We found out after several weeks of getting the runaround from our sales guy that this inspection was never completed. After repeatedly requesting paperwork from our salesperson, and him finally admitting that the inspection was not done, he lied again and claimed that receiving our title and plates was dependent on the inspection, but "miraculously" we received both without it! After this kind of dishonesty, we are not willing to bring our car back there for anything, and we just want the $1341.00 back for the inspection that was never completed. More

The service advisor had issues getting everything done because he kept forgetting what was requested, what should have been a fairly quick visit took half a day. I was charged for a new key plus programming but again he forgot to get the key and have the work done. I used to go out of my way to get service here but things have gone seriously down hill. There are too many options so I doubt I’ll be back here. More
Very bad experience. I don’t want to go over every single detail but a few items. 1. I spent 7 hours and half to buy my vehicle. 2. When I went to finance I declined the extended warranty because it was o detail but a few items. 1. I spent 7 hours and half to buy my vehicle. 2. When I went to finance I declined the extended warranty because it was over priced he said if you don’t buy the warranty we will go up on the car price. 3. Middle row of seat. All need to be fixed and I requested that before I bought and they said yes we will order the piece and you can come back and will get fixed ... that was a lie .. they order hook and loop tape and they hand it to me and the guy who gave me the tape he said this won’t work but this all what we can do. I have few more things to talk about but maybe later. I don’t recommend this dealer. The worst ever Find different Nissan dealer The one in Richardson is a way better. I will try to make a complain to Nissan company about this dealer. More
Things started great. We had an honest conversation with the sales guy and didn't think we could make it work. I expressed some safety needs to the gentleman. After accepting down payment 2 sales guys lied to my wife and then tried to sell the car after she had money down on it. Manager stepped in and finished things. When she brought it to me, front lights still didn't work, broken glass all throughout under back seat. And they tried to charge me 600 for cleaning it up after they bought it. My kids have to ride there! Also another thing still broken inside. I reached out to the guy that stepped in to help my wife. He seemed genuinely interested to help. He asked me to text him...I have...now he has ghosted me. I have all this on record. I reached out to owner...nothing. reached out to GSM...multiple messages with number left. Nothing. Reached out through email. Nothing. Reached out through website...nothing. 15+ contacts...nothing. I have fixed everything wrong since I've been dealing with this for almost 3 months except one thing...but no help. I'm pretty easy going but I feel the boss needs to know how certain employees are treating women and customers. I don't want the same to happen to someone else.. There has to be some great people there...I talk to them on the phone as they tell me the GSM or owner are not there when I call.. So I leave a message and number. I hope anyone going there gets them so they will be treated properly and not ignored. More
I'm shocked when I read the reviews. I had one of the if not the best experience in purchasing my Nissan Rogue. One negative thing was the man in finance not wearing a mask. Seeing that I just went to cancer surgery and procedures I thought he was inconsiderate of others but let it go as some people overreact in violent ways. Also, the payoff balance on my trade-in was rounded up which added $35.00 to my finance figure. Think about it . . . if they added $35.00 to every person's unpaid balance. Lastly, I only got one fob but was told that I could buy another one from a vendor that comes to the dealership every Wednesday morning for $200. More
