The only response I have is I would like a valid answer to way the warranty isn’t good even though we were told it was good by your employee. My original email went to Yousef@texasnissanofgrapevine.com, who I assume is the same individual you are asking me to contact again. He evidently forwarded it to your used car sales manager which began the sequence of events outlined in my original comments. I did send him another email, at the address you specified a few hours ago. Also, after posting this review in multiple locations, I was suddenly contacted and asked to bring the vehicle in for remediation. I was told it would be ready the same day, but we are now at the end of day 2 without any status updates.
