I bought a Nissan Sentra ,cash, a month ago and they still have not sent the tax and registration money they collected from me to the Tag office so i can get my title and plates. I have gone there 5 tim still have not sent the tax and registration money they collected from me to the Tag office so i can get my title and plates. I have gone there 5 times, every time someone says he is the manager and he will follow up with accounting department and call me back, NO ONE calls back, I don't know what kind of shady business is this. I am so disappointed with their customer service. I will file a complaint with BBB if they dont send my tax money to the tag office soon. Mitra Navarro More
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Texas Nissan in Grapevine Tx on 5-31-23 with some unexplained circumstances we agreed to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue after we made the deal someone told us they cou Grapevine Tx on 5-31-23 with some unexplained circumstances we agreed to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue after we made the deal someone told us they couldn't sell the vehicle as it was not their property after we had made the deal 15,600, for sure around this number. The next day my wife received a call we could have the vehicle for 17,900 we contacted the dealer a little later and ask for their lowest price and they came back with a 16,900 so we purchased the 2012 Rogue with the understanding it was Certified vehicle with warranty since it already had 42000 miles. We had purchased other cars from other dealers, and we always purchased cars which are Certified. Last week the engine light came on and I went to the dealer to see what the problem could.be and I was informed I only had warranty for the engine and power train. I contacted the salesman, Jamal and he agreed he told us that we had warranty since being a Certified car. I talked with a Cole Waldrop in the service department, and he was rude and since Jamal told us he would pay for any future problems out of his own pocket, which I wouldn't do that in the first place, we should take his offer. Since we were told we had warranty on a Carfield car by a company representative right or wrong they should honor what we were told. Durrell Roddy 817 995-0316 More
Please be advised that once you start to discuss numbers they will bring out the paperwork with an additional $2,200 for reconditioning fees on top of the advertised price. I believe this is a very disinge they will bring out the paperwork with an additional $2,200 for reconditioning fees on top of the advertised price. I believe this is a very disingenuous business practice. I wasn’t going to fall for it and wasn’t going to use that bait as an negotiation tool. The sad part is that they do it and people fall for it. More
Don't purchase here. ..price out a used car online including TTL. Took it to dealer to pay cash. They started in with the $2k recondition fees, etc...then called on their ..price out a used car online including TTL. Took it to dealer to pay cash. They started in with the $2k recondition fees, etc...then called on their additional staff for the "intimidation try" which doesn't work on this old man. Long story short pay more somewhere else. STOP AND READ THIS. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership (I can't comment on the new vehicle side, but hard to believe it's any better). I purchased a us Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership (I can't comment on the new vehicle side, but hard to believe it's any better). I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Texas NIssan. I could not take immediate delivery because the air conditioning wasn't working and the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced. I did drive the vehicle and was satisfied with the performance and lack of road noise. When I picked the vehicle up, I commented to the used car manager that the noise above 50 MPH wasn't there when I originally test drove it. He attributed the noise to the large tires on the Jeep. I took the car home and began researching new tires. I decided to have noise evaluated by a 3rd party. Evidently the loud whooshing noise above 50 MPH is related to an incorrectly installed windshield. I emailed the dealership and received a response from Cole Waldrop; Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He said they would take care of it, and then proceeded to ghost me for the past 9 days. Totally unacceptable customer service, especially from a dealership owned by Warren Buffet. I intend to make my views knows to the very highest level of their organization. Do not buy a vehicle here expecting any kind of post sales customer support. More
My family went in and liked a vehicle. Salesman was "out" and manager found our paperwork not submitted. Manager let us know salesman was trying to sell the vehicle that day to someone else whiel they were "out." Manager submitted paperwork and within a couple of hours completed deal. Vehicle delivery was 3 hours after arguing them to deliver it after it was already set up through manager. Upon dleivery, fog lights were unplugged (wires hanging), glass from a recently broken window in the rear seats, under the rear seats, still in the door panel, plus a non-oem key that wouldn't always start the truck. The key to the cover on the back never got to us so it was unusable till I ordered one fromt he complany. I called manager, he promised to make it right, then ghosted us. I called and emailed manager and managers, and then the GM, and then the people that supposedly want to make things right for you...(the people that respond to reviews)...and not one single person has returned my calls or emails. From my personal experience, not hear-say, based on the treatment of my wife and family including not even making the small things right...I do not trust this dealership at all. It has disappointed us to where we don't want to go to dealerships to purchase a vehicle. IT wouldn't have taken much to take care of us. There is not other conclusion based on the 34+ times I've personally reached by emailing and calling and leaving lessages with voicemail and to a person that they refuse to help. More
From 3/2023 to present the leadership has a rate talent that continues to destroy this dealership. After having purchase over 20 vehicles in my life the General Manager here is the most talented Liar ever that continues to destroy this dealership. After having purchase over 20 vehicles in my life the General Manager here is the most talented Liar ever encountered. They can look you straight in the eye, make promises, smooze you, tell you they will be taking care of you - all the while they just want to take your money. If you want terrible service this is where you will encounter it. More

At signing, they had me sign with a mouse on the computer and then they added my digital signature to all the paperwork without letting me see any of them. They also tried to sell me a service plan which I said no to several times because I don’t live near the dealership. They finally told me they we’re giving me the service plan for free. I said “okay, but like I said, I won’t use it because I live too far away to bring the car back for service.” I didn’t get to see any of the paperwork but I didn’t expect to see what they changed. The next day, I looked it over and they had changed the car’s price to $23,500 and added a $2500 service plan. So now, instead of owing $5,900 like I thought, I now owe $14,000. I can’t get out of it either. They completely ripped me off. More

Look at other sites and see how bad they are. These people will bait and switch you and swindle you out of your money. Bought a 2019 Hyundai from them and within a week, the transmission went out entirely. It cost $4,000 to replace it and they didn't care at all. Even the transmission shop I took the car to knew this dealership's terrible reputation by name. A different dealer that looked at the transmission even mentioned that he thought they engine codes may have been wiped so this issue wouldn't show up before a sale. No proof of this, but seems rather suspicious... These people did not care AT ALL. Once they have your money, you are treated like dirt. They literally told me "Well, you should have bought the powertrain warranty we tried to sell you". Josh Howard, the used sales manager, is the exact reason that car dealers and dealerships have such a terrible reputation. He was flippant, impossible to get ahold of when the transmission went out (dodged my calls for over a week), and was enabled by leadership at his dealer to treat me like trash once he had my money. He is by far the worst salesman I have ever met in my life, and his behavior is clearly flowing down to his sales staff. Do not ever buy from these people because they treat you poorly. The owner, Jonny Cantrell, is just as bad as Josh. He has a line that they say to call them on, but he never answers. When the car dealerships collapse, it will be a joy to see this place close down.
