They let us test drive the vehicle and even encouraged us to go see other vehicles before settling. One week after purchasing vehicle it stopped reversing. Auto repair shop states the vehicle should have never been sold in the condition it was in and should have been totalled. Was promptly greeted after walking in. My salesman was with me within 2 minutes. We reviewed the cars I was interested in and he set up a test drive.
